Give Me Your Heart

The Quilter's of South Carolina group has another wonderful project this year with quilts that will be traveling around the state. It's the Give Me Your Heart project. 6 members of my quilt guild have quilts in the traveling exhibit, including myself and my mother (Betty Adams). We were both very excited to be able to participate in this challenge.
You can view the quilts online at http://quiltersofsc.org/Heart.htm.
You can also request the quilts as a trunk show at your local guild or quilt show.

I'm all in and I have 8 projects that I want to get finished before January 1st. Wow that is a lot of work. Some are big and some are small, but all I would like to finish.
I'll post pictures as I progress toward this challenge.

http://tallgrassprairiestudio.blogspot.com/2009/11/joy-in-new-year.html
Jacquie over at Tallgrass Prarie Studio has issued a challenge to get UFO's finished (unfinished objects aka unfinished quilt projects). I'm all in for this and will post my list of UFO's so you can help me stay focused. Christmas is so close and I have sooooo much to get finished.
You too can join in on the challenge. Just use the link above to pop over to Jacquie's blog and join.

Busy Day Ahead

Today will be a busy one. I worked in the ER until midnight last night and up early today with my husband working on our roof. I've got some insurance policy stuff to do for my parents today, then I'm working tonight again.
Hopefully a few minutes in between to get a few stitches on my cathedral window quilt. My goal is to get it finished before our quilt show next September.
Happy Quilting Today
